Meet the Conversor Team
JEREMY BRASSINGTON – MANAGING DIRECTOR
Jeremy acquired Conversor in 2003 and has redesigned the Conversor product range, added a number of new products and in 2013 introduced the first note-taking App for use in the Disabled Student Allowance market. At the same time he hasincreased Conversor’s international presence to over 30 different countries.
Jeremy also founded and owns Hearing Times C.I.C. an online media site and printed newspaper for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.
Jeremy has started and invested in numerous businesses including an online freight exchange, a molecular modelling software designer, an optical fibre component manufacturer for the telecoms industry, an LCD display company, and a number of financial services companies in venture capital and investment management.
Jeremy trained as an accountant in London before working for an investment bank in Corporate finance and latterly in private equity. He has a degree in Chemistry from Oxford University.
GRAHAM COATH – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Graham was most recently Business Development Manager at e-Quality Learning selling Assistive Technology training and Learning Labs into the DSA and Access to Work marketplaces.
Prior to eQL he was an independent assessor, trainer and consultant in the DSA and ATW markets for 5 years. He worked with AbilityNet, Osmond Ergonomics and EDP Consulting.
He has been trained and is proficient on a wide range of Assistive Technology software and has a deep understanding of the way these can interact and provide the best solution for students and adults with SpLDs.
He is a graduate of Sunderland University.
LISA CROWE-SWORDS - SALES AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
Lisa is your first point of contact with Conversor and works hard to ensure that you have a happy and successful relationship with us.
Lisa is responsible for Sales and Office administration and has a background in Sales Administration and Service and Maintenance at Poujoulat(UK) and the FWA West.
Lisa has helped develop the sales documentation and systems at Conversor
JANETTE AITKEN - SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
Janette worked for Conversor in 2006 as Administration Manager. More recently she has worked for Creative Support in Kendal as Office administrator. She is a keen Social Media participant and has been managing our Social Media since late 2014..
